01What determines your shipping costs?
We calculate shipping based on the size and weight of the products. This means additional costs only apply where more space or material is actually needed — not as a flat surcharge on every item.

03Large orders & pallet shipping
Shipping by freight carrier on pallets
For large orders — for example from a cart weight of around 50 kg or from 10 pieces in the categories scythe snaths, broadforks or hay rakes — parcel shipping is no longer possible, and we need to switch to pallet shipping by freight carrier.
In this case, an individual flat shipping fee will be calculated. We will contact you within 24 hours after your order with a specific offer before the shipment leaves our warehouse. This way, there are no surprises.
04Our shipping partners
We ship with two logistics partners — depending on the format of your order. In any case, you will receive tracking information by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
05Delivery times
Orders are usually handed over to our shipping partner no later than 2 working days after receipt of payment. The subsequent delivery time depends on the destination country.
Note: Depending on the destination country, shipment tracking may be limited or unavailable.
Easy returns
If an item does not meet your expectations or does not fit, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
