Falci Garden Scythe Set – for fine vegetation on slightly uneven terrain

This scythe set, the garden scythe from Falci, is excellent for mowing short, fine grass in the garden. It lies relatively flat on the ground and is ideal for flat to slightly uneven surfaces. The slightly upward-curved point prevents snagging and is particularly helpful on uneven terrain. The blade can be finely peened, allowing the cutting edge to become very thin and extremely sharp. This is important for fine vegetation, as the scythe would otherwise tend to lay the stalks down rather than cutting them cleanly.

In combination with the Tyrolean wooden snath from Schröckenfux, you have a robust set designed for long-term use. This snath from Schröckenfux is manufactured from high-quality, selected ash and impresses with its excellent craftsmanship. The ergonomic, curved snath fits comfortably in the hand even during long periods of mowing and allows for a natural, energy-saving posture. For sharpening on the go or directly after peening, the whetstones from the German manufacturer Zische and a Schröckenfux whetstone holder are included in the set.
