It is always good to have a quality knife for cutting, slicing sausage, and many other tasks.
This knife was discontinued in 2010, but we managed to persuade the blacksmith to produce a small series.
My best working knife since I received my first one at age 6.
Hand-forged from high-quality steel and featuring a leather sheath.
The blade length is approx. 8.5 cm.
It stays sharp with a Zische-Kombi fine whetstone.
