Schröckenfux FUX 2010 Scythe Set – for fine vegetation on very level lawn areas

The FUX 2010 scythe set from Schröckenfux is excellently suited for mowing on even lawn and meadow areas. Its particular strength: The blade lies completely flat on the ground, ensuring an even, clean cut. It is not without reason that it is also called “Greenkeeper”: If the blade is well peened, you can even perfectly mow the greens on golf courses with it 🙂

This snath from Schröckenfux is manufactured from high-quality, selected ash and impresses with its excellent craftsmanship. The ergonomic, curved snath fits comfortably in the hand even during long periods of mowing and allows for a natural, energy-saving posture. For sharpening on the go or directly after peening, the whetstones from the German manufacturer Zische and a Schröckenfux whetstone holder are included in the set.

Available in three sizes, matched to body height:

• • Short model: suitable for people approx. 120–155 cm
  • Medium model: suitable for people approx. 155–170 cm
  • Long model: suitable for people approx. 170–185 cm
  • Extra-long model: suitable for people approx. 185–200 cm

However, it is not suitable for uneven surfaces, as the point can quickly get stuck in small ground irregularities. In this case, we recommend our razor-cut scythe.
