High-quality Danish snath

This snath by Orebo is our top model – handcrafted from ash wood. The snath is oiled, making it particularly weatherproof and durable. The ergonomic shape and rounded handles ensure an excellent and comfortable mowing experience. You can position the handles via the pre-drilled holes so that the spacing perfectly matches your arm length.

Tip: Place the upper handle in your right armpit and stretch your right arm forward. If you can comfortably reach the middle handle with your hand while your arm is extended, the spacing is well adjusted. With correctly adjusted handles, the scythe moves much more easily through the grass – making mowing noticeably more pleasant and less strenuous.

The snath is generally suitable for all our scythe blades. However, we particularly recommend this model for coarse vegetation or if you wish to use special cutting techniques that go beyond normal mowing of a lawn or meadow.

This model is delivered complete with the corresponding screws, handles, and ring.
